Ingredients

  • 150g Castor sugar
  • 150g Soft brown sugar
  • 170g Vegan margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 85g Cocoa powder
  • 190g Plain flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Almond milk or other dairy free milk
  • 170g Dark vegan chocolate broken up

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C/ gas mark 4 and line a tray with a reusable baking sheet

  2. 狠狠噜天天噜日日噜Put both the white and brown sugar in a bowl with the margerine and cream together with an electric whisk until light and fluffy then add the vanilla

  3. 狠狠噜天天噜日日噜Sift the baking powder, cocoa powder and flour together until the margerine mixture

  4. 狠狠噜天天噜日日噜Add the milk and mix by hand until combined

  5. 狠狠噜天天噜日日噜Add 3/4 of your chocolate chunks and disperse evenly through the mix

  6. Roll into balls and flatten with your finger tips adding the remaining chocolate chunks on top

  7. 狠狠噜天天噜日日噜Bake in the center of the oven for 10 minutes (note they will be very soft but firm up when you take them out of the oven)
