狠狠噜天天噜日日噜Any pasta shape can be swapped for any other, use what you have and mix any odds and ends together. If you want to make lasagne and don’t have pasta sheets then a you can use layers of pasta shapes instead.

If you can’t buy pasta you can make your own with our step-by-step fresh pasta recipe, but if that’s too much of a faff then why not try gnocchi?
